Three dogs have been seized after we carried out a joint warrant with the RSPCA in Stoke-on-Trent today (24 January).
We have been responding to reports of animal welfare concerns in the Meir area and carried out a search of an address this morning.
Three dogs, which were being kept at the address, have been removed and left in the care of the RSPCA.
We are continuing to work with our partners to address the concerns which matter the most to local communities.
Officers will continue to support the RSPCA as part of their investigation. Anyone with any information that can help is asked to get in touch by calling 101, quoting incident 98 of 24 January, or message us using Live Chat on our website.
If you want to report anonymously, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
