Officers investigating criminal damage in Newcastle-under-Lyme have released an image of a man they would like to talk to.
The incident happened on Saturday 23 December last year, between 8pm and 10.30pm, at student accommodation on London Road.
CCTV shows a man punching lights, breaking pool cues, damaging a fire door and fire alarm panel inside two communal areas inside the property and ripping up plants outside the building.
