Ilir Gjidiaj, 30, and Kejdis Hasmegaj, 21, both from Stoke-on-Trent, have been charged with producing cannabis and being concerned in producing cannabis.
It comes after we found 66 cannabis plants inside an address in Hartshill on Tuesday (30 January).
All three men appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Thursday (1 February). They have been remanded in custody ahead of their next appearance at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on 4 March.
Officers across the region are continuing to proactively target drug cultivation as part of our Operation Levidrome commitment.
