We have arrested three men with the help of a police dog following a burglary on an industrial estate in Uttoxeter.
At around 5.15pm on Sunday 11 February, we received reports that three men had broken into a business premises near Derby Road and were loading a vehicle with aluminium from the property.
We quickly went to the scene and started work to track down the suspects. One man tried to run away but wasn’t quick enough to get away from Police Dog Bones.
A 28-year-old man, from Northwich, a 20-year-old man, from Walsall, and a 27-year-old man, from Walsall, were all arrested on suspicion of burglary.
They have since been released on conditional police bail while enquiries continue.
