We are appealing for information following reports that a man tried to grab a boy in Stoke-on-Trent.
The boy, in his early-teens, was walking with a group of friends along Sandon Road, in Meir, at 4pm, yesterday, (Monday 12 February). The group was approached by a white Transit van.
The passenger got out of the vehicle and grabbed at one of the group. The children then ran off. Fortunately no-one was injured.
Anyone who saw what happened, or those with CCTV or dashcam footage of the area, is urged to get in touch.
