We are appealing for information after three off-road motorbikes were stolen in Stoke-on-Trent.
Officers were called to a home on Althrop Grove, Longton, just after 3.30am, on Monday 8 January, after reports that the bikes had been stolen from the back garden of a property.
A short time later, we stopped and arrested a 21-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle. One of the bikes was also recovered. He has been released under investigation while our enquiries continue.
Another bike was later located in fields off Sutherland Road.
Area searches have been carried but the third stolen motorbike has not yet been recovered.
The vehicle (pictured) is described as a small off-road bike and is red, black and green in colour. It also has the number 190 on the front board.
We are urging anyone with information to come forward. Please get in touch by calling 101, quoting incident 51 of 8 January, or by using our LiveChat function on our website.
