Seven people have been charged following a large fight in a pub in Stoke-on-Trent on New Year’s Eve last year.
Benjamin Ellis, 38, of Fegg Hayes, Stoke-on-Trent, Lucy Keeling, 32, of Chell Heath, Stoke-on-Trent, Kayleigh Kirkland, 32, of Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, Lauren Sargeant, 28, of Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, Shaun Tilstone, 34, of Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, Niall Ward, 21, of Fegg Hayes, Stoke-on-Trent and Thomas Ward, 36, of Sandyford, Stoke-on-Trent, have all been charged with affray.
It comes after we were called to the Green Star pub on Esperanto Way, Smallthorne, at 10.15pm on 31 December 2023 to reports of a large fight.
They are all due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on 29 January 2025.
