A man has been charged with nine theft and driving offences across Stoke-on-Trent and north Staffordshire.
Ian Pawlowski, 43, of no fixed address, has been charged with one count of aggravated vehicle taking, two counts of handling stolen goods, one count of theft from a shop, two counts of driving while disqualified, two counts of driving without third party insurance and one count of failing to stop when required by a constable.
It comes after a series of vehicles were taken, namely a Mercedes C Class car and two motorbikes between 23 November and 30 November in Trent Vale, Fenton and Biddulph.
It also comes after £99 worth of goods were taken from a shop in Trent Vale on 23 November.
Pawlowski appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Monday (2 December) and has been remanded ahead of his next appearance at the same court on 11 December.
