A man has been charged with drug supply offences after we found £26,000 in cash and a large amount of crack cocaine following a search in Walsall.
Jayden Gordon, 21, of Walsall, has been charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, possessing criminal property and resisting a constable in execution of duty.
It comes after our proactive team searched a man and a home in Bloxwich yesterday morning (Tuesday 17 December). We found a large amount of class A drugs and £26,756 in cash.
Gordon is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Wednesday 18 December).
Since we launched our serious organised crime crackdown in May last year, we have arrested more than 1,000 people suspected of drug and weapon offences.
