Appeal for information following fight

We are appealing for information following a fight in Wombourne.

At around 7.15pm on Friday 29 November, we were called to reports of a fight on land off Walk Lane.

A man was kicked but he left the area before officers could talk to him.

Pc Liam Mason, from the South Staffordshire local policing team (LPT), said: “I am appealing for the victim to come forward, as well as any witnesses to the disorder, particularly those who may have video footage from the scene.

“Wombourne was hosting a Christmas light switch-on, so it is likely that there may have been a number of witnesses to the incident.”
