We are appealing for information after a man was assaulted in Stafford recently.
We were called 4pm on Saturday (30 November) to Greengate Street in Stafford following reports of violence.
Three men had attacked another man before making off.
The victim, a man in his 30s, suffered two superficial wounds to his abdomen and chest.
He was taken by ambulance to hospital for treatment.
His injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
Officers are currently investigating the incident and the local policing team has increased patrols in the Stafford area to reassure the public.
We are currently reviewing CCTV footage of the area at the time of the attack and would urge anyone with information to get in touch by calling 101 quoting incident number 482 of 30 November.
