We are appealing for witnesses after motorbikes were targeted by thieves in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
At around 3.45am, on Saturday (30 November), two people tried to steal a motorbike on Bailey Street. The vehicle was found by its owner a short distance away after the suspects failed to start it.
Then, at around 5am, two people tried to steal a moped on Stuart Grove. This was abandoned nearby.
The suspects are described as two men wearing dark clothing. One of them had a reflective strip across the upper back chest area.
