A suspected crack cocaine dealer has been arrested after we spotted a hand-to-hand exchange take place in Burton-on-Trent.
At about 3.45pm yesterday (Tuesday 20 August), proactive officers saw a man riding an e-scooter give a package to another man on Dallow Street.
Officers followed the rider of the e-scooter and detained him. A phone and cash was seized following a search.
A 46-year-old-man, of Burton-on-Trent, has been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, driving without a license and using a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance.
He will be questioned about the findings in custody.
