A man who was caught with cocaine and heroin has been jailed for four years as our fight against organised crime continues.
Raymond Bould, aged 54, from Uttoxeter, appeared at Stafford Crown Court in July after previously admitting being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.
In August 2021, he was stopped by proactive officers on Horninglow Road, Burton-on-Trent. He was carrying a mobile phone linked to the supply of class A drugs.
When we searched his home, we found wraps of heroin, crack cocaine, and scales that contained traces of both drugs.
After searching Bould in custody, officers also found more heroin that he was trying to hide.
After the findings, he was charged with the offences and sent to court. He later admitted the offences and was jailed for four years.
We’re continuing to target those involved in drug dealing and high harm crimes across Staffordshire as part of Operation Target.
More than 1,000 people suspected of drug and weapon offences have been arrested since the crackdown was launched last year.
