We are investigating after a taxi driver was assaulted in Stoke-on-Trent.
The man was punched in the face by a man in his Toyota Avensis taxi at approximately 12.45pm this afternoon (Sunday 11 August) on Etruria Vale Road, Etruria.
Two men were in the taxi at the time of the assault. These men, who are suspects, got out of the car and walked down Etruria Vale Road.
The taxi driver went to hospital with a suspected broken nose.
Anyone with information or CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage of the area at the time that can help with our investigation in encouraged to get in touch.
