Three people have been charged with a number of offences after a stolen car was stopped in Stoke-on-Trent.
Joejack Blowers, aged 27, of Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with theft of motor vehicle and burglary dwelling.
Dominic Davis, aged 21, of Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with the same offences, as well as driving a motor vehicle dangerously, driving otherwise than in accordance with a license, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.
Reuben Davis, aged 19, of Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with theft of motor vehicle, burglary dwelling, possession with intent to supply cocaine, possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B (cannabis) and failing to attend or remain for a follow-up assessment following a test for presence of a class A drug.
It comes following reports on Monday (22 April) that a BMW had been stolen in Barlaston.
We later found the car, as well as a Honda Civic, in the Stoke-on-Trent area.
All three appeared at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre on Wednesday (24 April) and have been remanded ahead of their next appearance at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on 28 May.
Vehicle theft is a priority for all ten local policing teams across Staffordshire.
