A man has been charged with drug offences after we found cocaine, cash and a mobile phone in Rugeley.
Chevez Davies, 30, from Walsall, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possession with intent to supply a class A drug (cocaine) and using a vehicle with no insurance.
It comes after we stopped and searched a black Mazda parked at the Esso petrol station on Western Springs Road yesterday (Monday 22 April) and found cocaine, £300 cash and a mobile phone.
We also searched an address in the Walsall area on the same day and found a large amount of cocaine and scales.
Davies is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Tuesday 23 April).
