Appeal following collision involving arrest

We are appealing for information following a collision in Stoke-on-Trent recently.

Shortly after 6.05pm on Friday (19 April), we got a call about a collision on Lightwood Road, Lightwood, involving a black BMW M5, a blue BMW 320 and a parked Seat Ibiza.

Thankfully, no-one was seriously injured.

A 46-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, who was inside the black M5 at the time of the collision, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

He has since been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
