We are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision involving a school bus and a motorbike in Abbots Bromley.
At 8.24am this morning (Monday 4 September), we were called to Blithfield Causeway (the B5013) and went to the scene with paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 70s, was found with serious injuries at the scene. He was taken to hospital by air ambulance and remains in a serious condition at this time.
The driver of the bus stayed at the scene and has been helping us with our enquiries.
Fortunately, the bus driver and passengers were not injured.
Collision investigators are keen to hear from anyone with any information which can help with the investigation, particularly those with CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage of the area at the time.
