Woman who died in Madeley Heath collision named

The woman who sadly died in a road traffic collision in Madeley Heath can now be named.

Isobel Hughes, 84, from Madeley, was found with life threatening injuries at Bowsey Wood on Main Road, the A531, following a single-vehicle collision. 

Sadly, she died at the scene. Her next of kin has been informed and has asked for privacy at this difficult time. 

We are keen to speak to anyone with any CCTV or dashcam footage from the area or those with any information which could help collision investigators.
