A man has been charged following an incident on Nash Peake Street recently.
Joseph Fairclough Lewis, 36, of no fixed address, has been charged with intentionally or recklessly causing a public nuisance and obstructing a constable in execution of duty.
It comes after we went to an address in Tunstall on Thursday 28 September. A man, who barricaded himself inside, left the area through an adjoining building.
Lewis is due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Tuesday 10 October).
