A man has been charged after we found crack cocaine and around £1,500 in cash in Cannock recently.
Adam Edward Evans, 39, from Hednesford, has been charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, supplying crack cocaine and possessing criminal property.
It comes after we searched a man inside a car on Beecroft Road car park on Monday (9 October). We found class A drugs and then searched an address nearby, finding more drugs and a quantity of cash.
Evans is due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Wednesday 11 October).
We are continuing to work with our neighbouring forces to tackle serious and organised crime as part of our Operation Target commitment.
