Man arrested as investigation into Crooked House fire continues

We have arrested another person as our investigation into the fire at the Crooked House pub continues.

Yesterday (3 October), we arrested a 23-year-old man, from Leicestershire, on suspicion of conspiracy to commit arson with intent or being reckless as to whether life was endangered.

He has been released on conditional bail while our investigation continues.

The four men and the woman who were previously arrested all remain on conditional bail.
