We are appealing for information following a collision involving a cyclist and a pedestrian in Stoke-on-Trent.
We received reports of a collision on Victoria Road, Joiners Square, at 1.45pm on Thursday (5 October) involving a man and a cyclist, which was reported on Monday (9 October).
The collision took place near the driveway of a home on Victoria Road.
A man, in his 60s, sustained shoulder injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment by relatives.
The cyclist is described as a white man, in his 30s, and was seen wearing dark clothing and riding an electric pedal bike.
He did initially stop following the collision but shortly after rode off without exchanging contact information.
We are also looking to check on the welfare of the cyclist as he sustained minor injuries from the collision.
