Appeal for information following road rage incident

We are appealing for information following a road rage incident in a lay-by in Lichfield.

We were called to the A38 in Bassetts Pole, just after 5.30am on Thursday (19 October) following a collision between a black Audi A4 and a black Vauxhall Insignia.

Shortly after, both drivers were involved in a physical altercation with each other.

A man, in his 20s, suffered minor facial injuries and went to hospital for precautionary checks.

We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time to find out more about what happened, in particular those who might have dashcam footage that could help us.
