The family of a motorcyclist who sadly died in a collision in Chesterton have paid tribute to him.
Dannie Mark Hambleton, aged 35, was riding his motorbike on London Road on 27 October when he was involved in a collision with a car at 12.15pm.
Sadly, despite the best efforts of paramedics, Dannie was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car stayed at the scene and is helping us with inquiries.
In a statement, Dannie’s family said: “Dannie Hambleton - loving life partner, father, brother, uncle and son taken too soon.”
We continue to investigate the circumstances around the collision and are asking anyone who witnessed the collision, or those with CCTV and dashcam footage from the area, to contact us.
