The family of a man who died following a collision in Tamworth have paid tribute to him.
Lee Doore, aged 52, from Tamworth, was riding a green Kawasaki motorbike on the A513 in Comberford on Saturday (20 May) before colliding with a black BMW X3.
We went to the scene with paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service, but sadly, Lee was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the BMW remained at the scene and is helping with our inquiries.
His family continue to be supported by specially-trained officers at this difficult time.
In a tribute, Lee’s family said: “No words can convey the loss felt by those who loved him especially his daughter, wife and brother.”
Collision investigators are continuing to appeal for information, in particular any dashcam or CCTV footage which can help with our inquiries.
