Man arrested after air gun found

A man has been arrested after we found an air weapon and class A drugs in Stafford.
We were called to Lowfield Lane, Gnosall, just before 11am on Friday (16 June) following reports of man carrying a handgun.
Officers searched a man in the area and found class A drugs and a BB gun.
A 41-year-old man, from Stafford, was arrested on suspicion of possessing (what class A drugs) and possessing a firearm.
He has since been released on conditional police bail while inquiries continue.
