Man charged following collision

A man has been charged with driving and criminal damage offences following a collision in Stoke-on-Trent.
We were called to Connaught Street, Tunstall, just after 10.50am yesterday (11 July) after a black VW Tourag and an orange Ford van collided.
Pawel Flak, 38, from Tunstall, has been charged with dangerous driving, failing to stop when required by a constable, failing to stop after a road accident, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, driving without insurance and two counts of criminal damage to property – over £5,000.
He is due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (12 July).
