We are appealing for information after a stolen car was stung and seized in Stoke-on-Trent.
Officers went to Blurton Road just after 11.15pm yesterday (26 December) after a blue Kia Picanto was seen driving dangerously.
The car failed to stop for officers and was later stung. It was found abandoned on Roundway at about 11.30pm and was confirmed to have been stolen.
We’re carrying out enquiries to try and track down the man who was seen driving it at the time. He was described as having dark-coloured hair, a beard and was wearing a dark puffer coat.
If you have any dashcam footage or information that could help with our investigation, contact us through Live Chat on our website, or by calling 101, quoting incident number 613 of 26 December.
To report anonymously, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
