We are appealing for witnesses after a fatal collision in Penkridge.
We were called at 12.15pm yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 5 December) by colleagues at West Midlands Ambulance Service to reports of a serious collision involving a car and a pedestrian on Church Road.
Sadly, the pedestrian, a man in his 80s, died at hospital.
The driver of the car, a black Skoda, was not injured.
The man’s family are being supported by specialist officers.
We are keen to speak to anyone with any CCTV or dashcam footage from the area or those with any information which could help collision investigators.
Call us on 101, quoting incident 268 of 5 December, or message us using Live Chat on our website.
You can also get in touch with collision investigators directly by emailing [email protected]
