A man has been charged after we found class A drugs and a knife in Tamworth.
Brodi Futrill, 19, from Tamworth, is due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (23 August) charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, heroin and possessing a knife in a public place.
It comes after we located a man in a hotel in Tamworth yesterday (22 August).
We've launched a major crackdown on serious and organised crime in a new operation to target those responsible and protect those who are most vulnerable – called Operation Target.
Officers from the Regional Organised Crime Unit (ROCU), which is made up of officers from Staffordshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire and West Mercia set about the crackdown on serious organised crime earlier this year.
