Appeal for information after stationary and sweets stolen from indoor market

We are appealing for information after stationary and sweets were stolen from a stall at an indoor market in Stoke-on-Trent.

We were called to South Wolfe Street, Stoke-on-Trent, just after 7.45am this morning (Thursday 10 August) following reports of a burglary.

Stationary (including pens, pencils and staplers) as well as bags and jars of sweets, overall worth £275, were reported stolen.

The cash till at the stall was also damaged by unknown offender(s).

It is believed the burglary took place between 1am and 1.45am today (Thursday 10 August).

We are reviewing CCTV of the area at the time of the burglary.
