We are appealing for information after a car was abandoned at a memorial park in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
We were called King Street, Chesterton, just before 8.40pm on Tuesday (8 August).
On arrival, a blue Vauxhall Corsa was seen covered in eggs and flour.
Shortly after, the car was found to be uninsured.
Four boys were seen leaving the scene heading in the direction of Castle Street.
Two youths were seen wearing dark-coloured clothing.
Inquiries are ongoing.
