Three men have been arrested over drug offences following separate stop-and-searches in Cannock.
Officers stopped a black Honda Civic at 1pm yesterday (Wednesday 25 May) on Lichfield Road.
A 44-year-old man, from Huntington, was arrested for failing to provide a sample of saliva for drug analysis.
He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.
Officers later detained the occupants of a white BMW off Crab Lane, Cannock.
A male driver and male passenger were found to be in possession of multiple mobile phones and a large quantity of cash.
A 19-year-old man, from Manchester, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
A 48-year-old man, from West Bromwich, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply class A drugs.
The 19-year-old has been released under investigation while inquiries continue.
The 48-year-old remains in police custody.
