Two men have been arrested in connection with a house fire in Bentilee last year.
Officers were called to a property on Beverley Drive, at about 10.55pm, on Thursday 16 December 2021.
A 31-year-old woman remains in critical but stable condition in hospital following the fire.
A 13-year-old girl has since been discharged from hospital and is being safeguarded.
A 19-year-old man and a 21-year-old man, both from the Stoke-on-Trent area, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder yesterday (Thursday 10 March).
They have each been placed on conditional police bail while inquiries continue.
These latest arrests bring the total number of people detained over the fire to 11.
