Officers are appealing for information following a spate of robberies recently in the Stoke-on-Trent and Tamworth areas.
The incidents were reported between Friday (4 March) and Monday (7 March).
Officers were called to Middle Entry, Tamworth at around 1.10pm on Friday (4 March).
It is reported the victim had a large quantity of cash stolen from her bag, described as bright orange.
The offender is described to be an Asian woman, in her 20s, with long black hair. It is also believed the offender had a male accomplice, described as Asian, of a large build, with short black hair.
The victim was left shaken following the incident.
Around an hour later, officers were called to a property off Sun Street, Hanley, where it is believed a woman was pushed to the ground by two Asian men and gave them a quantity of cash.
It is reported both males left the scene on foot.
The following day on Saturday (5 March), officers were called to Bolebridge Street, Tamworth, at around 8.35pm.
A male youth reported how he and his friend, also a male youth, were approached by a group of seven-eight youths.
Both victims were assaulted and a Louis Vuitton bag and scarf were stolen.
No injuries were sustained by the victims.
These incidents are not connected.
