Police are appealing for information following a car fire in Biddulph.
Officers and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to Lyneside Road, Biddulph, at around 12.10am this morning (Tuesday 8 March) following reports of a car fire.
On arrival, officers found a silver Audi A3 alight.
The fire was extinguished by the crew.
According to witnesses, three males, described as being of a slim build, around 5ft’6in in height, in their 20s, and seen wearing dark clothing and hoodies, left the scene following the incident on foot.
The fire was deemed as a deliberate ignition.
Inquiries are ongoing.
