Two men have been arrested following reports of a disturbance in Hanley.
Officers attended a premises off Quadrant Road at 12.45am on Sunday (24 July).
A man, in his 20s, reported being assaulted and kicked by a group of men.
The victim sustained minor facial injuries and did not require hospital treatment.
A 28-year-old man, from Hayes, Middlesex, and a 31-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, were arrested on suspicion of assault by beating.
Both men have been granted conditional police bail pending investigation.
Inquiries are ongoing.
