Officers are appealing for information after two offenders, armed with a knife and a bat burgled, a property in Cannock.
Police were called at 3.17am on Sunday 19 December to a property near Cemetery Road, West Chadsmoor.
The occupants reported two male offenders in balaclavas and gloves had entered the property.
One offender held a knife to the throat of one occupant while the other, brandishing a baseball bat, demanded money.
The offenders managed to steal two mobile phones before departing on foot in the direction of the A34.
Officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage of the area at the time of the burglary and ask anyone with information or dashcam footage to get in touch.
