A 37-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, was arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker and affray.
Detective Inspector Scott McGrath, of Stoke South NPT, said: "We've worked diligently on gathering intelligence around Class A drugs in the area.
“It should serve as a message that police are actively collecting evidence and are continuing to consolidate efforts into tackling drug crime, which has a profound impact on the local community.”
