We are appealing for information after a teenage boy was hospitalised following an assault in Stoke-on-Trent.
At about 3.10pm yesterday (Tuesday 13 December), the 16-year-old victim was walking along a car-park on Victoria Road in Fenton until he was approached by a group of men.
They had followed him from the tracks nearby and proceeded to punch and kick the victim – leaving him with a broken nose, chipped teeth and a broken jaw.
The group left the area following the attack.
We attended the scene as quickly as possible and took the victim to hospital for treatment.
Anyone who witnessed the assault or those with any information which could help us with our investigation are urged to get in touch.
We believe there were around ten men involved in the group at the time. They are described as Asian and appeared to be around 18-years-old.
