A man and a boy have been arrested following reports of a residential burglary in Stoke-on-Trent.
Police were called to an address off Wedgwood Lane, Barlaston, at 12.35am on Tuesday (30 August).
A witness reported a quadbike and mower stolen from a property.
Both the mower and quadbike were recovered shortly after.
A man and a boy were also located a short time after.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling and theft – no violence.
A 45-year-old man, from Stoke-on-Trent, was arrested on suspicion of burglary other than dwelling – theft.
Both have been released under investigation.
Inquiries are ongoing.
