Three men have been arrested over a robbery which saw two men attacked in Stoke-on-Trent.
Police were called shortly after 9.30pm on Monday (1 August) to the Snow Hill area following reports of violence.
The victims, men in their late teens and early 20s, reported being approached by a group of men who smashed the windows of their black BMW before pulling them out of the car and assaulting them.
The offenders also stole a quantity of cash.
The victims were taken to hospital by ambulance where their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Two 21-year-old men and a 19-year-old man, all from Stoke-on-Trent, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery.
The 19-year-old man has also been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.
They remain in police custody while inquiries continue.
