Police are appealing for information after the windows of two cars were criminally damaged in the Staffordshire Moorlands area.
Officers were first called to an address off Chatsworth Drive in Werrington just before 7am on Wednesday (10 August).
On arrival, officers found the back, rear and side windows of a red Ford Fiesta smashed.
The Fiesta was parked on the driveway of a property.
Nothing was reported stolen from the car.
It is believed the damage occurred sometime between 11.30pm on Tuesday (9 August) and 6.30am on Wednesday (10 August).
The cost of the damage caused is to cost around £2,000.
Around an hour later, officers were also called to another property off Chatsworth Drive.
The rear window of a white Vauxhall Corsa had been damaged.
The Corsa was parked on the driveway of the property.
The value of the damage caused is around £1,000.
A witness reported hearing glass being smashed at 11.30pm on Tuesday (9 August) and seeing a scooter or motorbike leaving the scene in the direction of Clough Lane.
Officers are currently reviewing CCTV footage of the area at the time of both incidents.
