Staffordshire Police Disruption Team South made two arrests yesterday (Monday 25 October) on Albert Street, Burton-upon-Trent.
At 1:30pm, officers exercised a stop and search of a vehicle after observing it acting suspiciously.
An 18-year-old male, from Walsall, and a 17-year-old male, from Walsall, were arrested under suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A.
One male has since been released under investigation. A 17-year-old male has been charged for possession with intent to supply heroin on two counts, and possession with intent to supply crack cocaine on two counts. He is due to appear before North Staffordshire Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 26 October).
