A man has been charged following an incident in Burton.
Police were called at 11.10pm on Wednesday 13 October to reports that a firearm had been used by a man on Short Street, Stapenhill.
Mark Anthony Linley, 33, of no fixed address, has been charged with making threats to kill and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
He is due to appear before magistrates at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Friday 15 October).
