Detectives are investigating after a man was seriously injured in a non-stop collision in Burton.
Police were initially called at 3.03am on Friday (15 October) to Station Street following reports of public order offences.
Officers attended and a non-stop collision had taken place in Burton town centre, close to McDonald’s, at 3.18am.
A man, aged 34, from the Burton area, was found with serious injuries to his legs which are believed to be life-changing.
He was conveyed to hospital by the ambulance service.
Officers believe the victim was in collision with a black Ford Fiesta.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw what happened or who may have dashcam footage of the area at the time of the incident to get in touch.
