Appeal after man robbed on canal path

Police are appealing for information after a man was robbed while on a canal towpath in Longport.
Officers were called to Davenport Street at 7pm on Thursday (6 May) following reports of threats of violence.
Police attended and a 23-year-old man from Kidsgrove reported being threatened by two men with machetes while he was cycling.
The men took cash before departing in the direction of Etruria Way.
One offender is described as an Asian male, aged between 16 and 17 years old, wearing a dark tracksuit and gloves.
The other offender is described as white and in his early 20s also wearing a dark tracksuit, gloves and a balaclava.
The bike was recovered by officers a short time later.
Police are reviewing CCTV footage of the area at the time.
