A Wombourne man is to appear before magistrates charged with racially aggravated assault following an alleged incident in the village.
Thomas Simpson, aged 24, will appear before Cannock magistrates on 3 February charged with racially aggravated assault and racially aggravated behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress.
The alleged incident took place in Wombourne Pool Bar on 10 July last year.
